"Working with Sue Reed on the landscape for my reconstructed home was a pleasure from start to finish. She is filled with ideas but also very responsive to the needs and desires of her clients. My patio has indeed become a beautiful extension of the house and gets frequent use."

Why Plan?

Increase property value

A properly designed and executed landscape plan adds value to your property in several ways. The first that most often comes to mind is aesthetic. And it's true that a good plan adds appeal to your home and enhances the views from within the house itself.

More importantly, however, a plan that has been designed to correct or prevent problems means that damage has been minimized or avoided, costly repairs are unlikely, and the structural soundness of the entire property has been demonstrably maintained. Finally, just as improvements to the interior of the home add value by improving the quality of life, exterior improvements such as outdoor living spaces, safe play areas, and thoughtful approaches to the flow of people in and out will increase the livability of your home and its value to others.
